We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@taazen.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Contact us at support@taazen.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
